Weather forecasts by Marconi.

I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the

30th. ultimo and in reply to inform you that this Company's

vessels will be happy to assist in any way possible by wirelessing

through d'Aguilar meteorological conditions and weather forecasts

in return for local similer information from you which will be muck

appreciated by Shipmasters at sea.

With regard to the ship's charges, I would mention that

all the wireless apparatus etc. onboard/the Company's steamers belong

to the Marconi Company and I am therefore forwarding a copy of your letter under advice to my Managing Directors in London, ask-

-ing them to submit the question to that Company, and on receipt

of their reply will communicate with you further.
